Welcome to this little corner of the world where I’ll be sharing some of thoughts, passions, and inspirations on nutrition, healthy living, and what a whole nourished life means to me. It’s always a little daunting starting a new project, but I hope you’ll enjoy my ramblings here on the blog as I share some of the things I’ve learned through my own health journey, my nutritional therapy training, and my fun in the Whole Nourished Life kitchen. I’m looking forward to working with many of you one-on-one in my office or online so I can customize a plan that honors your bio-individuality as you work toward a healthier you.
